Today is Aminah's daughter's birthday.  She surprised me with a big plate of birthday cake before dinner's time.  I didn't know that she was quietly baking the cake in our kitchen in the afternoon.  The cake tastes delicious and we all joked that we should have that for dinner instead.

Kelvin and I drove out today again. This time, we headed a different direction and discovered very nice fields along the roads. We ended the day at the fish stall and bought a tuna fish for dinner.

I am happy to hear today that we can go back to Singapore the following week to process our work visa. Frankly, I miss home and the good food.
