Today is our Chinese Lunar New Year’s Eve. To celebrate this special occasion, Aminah prepared some Libyan speciality dish “Marchie” for us. Dawood never failed us with his cuisine skills at night.  His chicken rice tastes like our Chinese claypot rice, very very nice.
