Today is the 11th day since we arrived AL Marj. I never expect that I can be so busy at work that I don’t even have the time to update our blog. After planning the menu for more than a week, I know better now how much it costs marketing groceries and meat in Libya than in Singapore. Nevertheless, I try to keep short diary of our daily affairs so that I can do a one time retrospective posting when I have the time. 

So we had brown rice with beef, fried potatoes, minced beef and eggs, salad.  Kelvin and I love this dish, taste a bit like hash brown with beef.  Must learn from Aminah how to make this one day…

 Dinner was white rice with chicken, potatoes and bringal.
