We were so happy that we can appeal to cancel our COE due to our relocation reasons.  Kelvin finally managed to talk to the right officer in LTA (Land Transport Authority) that this is possible.  This is really a good news for us as we were having split headache to get rid of the new car.  It was a mad rush in the afternoon as we have to stop our car agent from registering the new car with LTA.  It is only possible if we apply to LTA immediately so that they can stop the registration online.  It was 5pm and their office was closed.  We have to do it tomorrow.
